How to understand that you are ready to switch from layout to js framework?
I've been building websites for about 6 months (continuously, there are different orders every now and then). I want to start learning Vue.js, I felt it a little, I wrote small projects a little to understand what's what (the math simulator, for example, is the easiest). I feel the strength to start, but it seems that the green is still.

The more time you procrastinate, the worse your future will be. Long ago they would have taken and studied. What do you mean not ready? The framework is easy to learn, if you know the js base, then there should be no problems in learning. And you need to build up your confidence.
Switch not to a framework, but to learning JS (at least learn.javascript.ru).
Desire is a thousand possibilities, not desire is a thousand reasons, go on and on and on ...
As soon as this question ceases to bother you and instead you think "how to move?" That means everything is ready.
You need a good js base: destructuring assignment, spread / rest, classes, promises, arrow functions, modules that iterate over array methods, context.
And I'm a little curious, here you have orders, but how do you collect the project?
