How to type up for a higher resolution on a laptop?
I have a PSD layout with a resolution of 1900 x 2774 px, on my laptop the screen resolution is 1366 x 768 px, how can I make up a similar psd layout so that it is valid both at high resolution and on mine.

Most likely, the designer did not take care of the quality display of his layout - he did it on some kind of macbook, and did not set the pixel density to 72dpi (standard). Check the pixel density and reduce it to the correct one, or simply reduce the layout proportionally.
You can make up like this, but it will not be very convenient to provide pixel perfect. Otherwise, as mentioned above, with adaptive layout, the layout will be valid at any resolution.
