How to turn on the second video card?

Good afternoon. I have two video cards:

A monitor is connected to each of them on the VGA port. The problem is that the monitor that is connected to the gtx 550ti is working, and the one that is integrated goes into sleep mode. I believe that the integrated video card is disabled. How to turn it on or what to do?

UPD.
Reason: bios switch.

Reason: bios switch.

This is not a solution to the issue, you are now acting like all those terribly annoying people - who write on the forums "problem solved, thanks to everyone" and disappear forever.
Never do that!
Well, in addition:
If you want to use two video cards, of which one is integrated, then in the BIOS, in the video initialization setting, you must set the primary initialization of the integrated card (default setting).
This setting looks something like this:
It is desirable that the video be from one vendor, there are always problems with the heterodeno.

xrandr -q, dmesg, distribution version, kernel and drivers to the studio!
And also in detail what is stuck where. You also need to check the bios for a video card switch.
