How to turn on the fan after standby?

installed Linux Mint 17.3 Rosa 64bit 3.19.0-32-generic on an Acer Aspire One D270 netbook. immediately after exiting the standby mode, the fan makes a few turns and there is silence, it does not spin anymore. the netbook is very hot at the same time, it's scary that it can probably burn out. You have to reboot, only then the fan starts to make noise and work. I tried sensors, it gives the following:

~ $ sensors
acpitz-virtual-0
Adapter: Virtual device
temp1: +50.0°C (crit = +98.0°C)
coretemp-isa-0000
Adapter: ISA adapter
Core 0: +53.0°C (crit = +100.0°C)
Core 1: +54.0°C (crit = +100.0°C)

ran sensors-detect answered yes to all questions. fans are not displayed, I don’t know what to do next. I thought to put another distribution kit, loaded with manjaro, the screen is dark for some reason, the brightness adjustment does not help and after the standby mode the fan also does not work. Please tell me how to be?
