How to turn on a business profile on Instagram? Why can't I see the pages?

I go to the linked Instagram account to Facebook, click on switch the company profile. I follow the instructions and the system says that I do not have pages in which I am an admin. But it's not.
I think I'll make a new one, since the system offers. I'm making a new one on my phone. Ultimately, I get back to the page, select the FB profile (I have one) and again I see the window that there are no pages.
Moreover, in the Facebook account itself, pages where I am an administrator are created every time.
What to do in this situation? I wrote to them about 5 days ago through "tell about the problem", but this is a one-way game. Apparently they don't send an answer.
What could be the problem? Everything on Android. Applications are the latest.
