Recently I noticed that when the headphones are connected, the sound of all notifications is duplicated by the external speaker and in the headphones. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? I'm not sure that I'm writing to the address, it's purely out of desperation

So let it be duplicated. That's what notifications are for. You can make them quieter if you do not want to disturb others.
