First write what version of android and what firmware.
I have android 4.2 and TouchWiz (standard firmware from Samsung)
Settings -> My Device -> Blocking Mode
, then select
Disable incoming call
Disable notifications
Disable alarm ant timer
and

To
Under separate applications you are unlikely to find.

Settings-applications-application name-daw enable notifications (this is on the cyanogen, it may differ slightly from the stock android).
