How to turn off or bypass Stakhanovets - a program for spying on employees?

You can't call it anything else than surveillance.
Even the webcam can be viewed, screen shot and listen to the sound. It hangs in the system as a service stkh application client service and utility. The service does not turn off, it works as a local proxy, so if you close access to its ip, the entire network simply stops working.
How would you remove it like that?
Tried to register its dll. Stkhcl.dll doesn't work either, . advise something.
Ps: I work conscientiously at work, I just don’t like to sit with my back to the door.

Just wondering what do you think will happen when/if you turn it off? The boss will say " Damn, he outsmarted us, give up! " and leave you alone?
If you are not satisfied with working conditions, discuss them with management or change jobs, do not fight windmills.

Boot from a flash drive and work in other OSes, or delete what is required. (100%)
Boot in safe mode and delete what is required. (Does not always work)

vim is one of the best text editors. There is everything you want and even more.
BUT not very beginner friendly.
sublime text - friendly, lots of plugins.
I recommend this article to organize work with notepad++
