How to turn cp2102 (cp2101) into usb-midi adapter?
Good afternoon.
For arduino uno, in which usb support is implemented by atmega, you can set the desired serial frequency and flash the second atmega with special firmware (moko-lufa), then the computer will perceive the arduino com port.
Everything in this scheme is good, except for the price of this arduino itself.
The question actually is this: does Moko lufa change only the view-pid, or the logic of the port?
There are usb-ttl cp2102 adapters, in which you can set the midi frequency, as well as change the vid / pid of the device.
How (and is it possible) to turn a bunch of mini pro + cp2102 into a midi device?
