As far as I know - Android is based on linux and the system directories are the same as in Linux distributions. How to return Linux features to Android? - you need a terminal, command applications, a repository, root rights, running linux programs. Phone Xiaomi Redmi 5A.

Slightly strange answers. The terminal emulator doesn't add any linux features to Android. It is for this specific purpose that the busybox package was created. After installing and getting root, you can really install the terminal and work with Android as with regular linux. apt-get will work, and a significant part of the linux programs available in it.
