Hello!
We will conditionally divide your task into several components:
1) To translate strings through WPML, you need an add. WPML String translation plugin
2) Woocommerce needs WPML for WooCommerce plugin
3) You can translate any strings without a plugin, but by creating/editing a pomo file from pot.
To edit the pot po mo file, you can use the Poedit program https://poedit.net/ or the loco translate plugin - https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
4) Depending on what you mean by the product card, but most likely you mean the product page template... It can be different here... Either you need to update the pomo of the woocomerc plugin (look for them in the languages directory of the plugin itself or one level higher /languages/plugins). It also sometimes happens when premium theme developers include a line from the audiometer in their translation. Then look for pomo in your theme's /languages directory
5) What is the default voicemeter filter? If it's a plugin. then surely the plugin also has pomo in languages or see the above paragraph
