How to translate voice from telegram?

I need to save the voice from the user, listen to it and respond. I save it in .ogg format from the telegram server but I don't understand how to convert the speech from this file to text. I am using SpeechRecognition. And I don't need to save the files all the time, I need to keep them in variables.
