Please advise what is the best way to translate txt files in bulk from Russian into English.
I have 50,000 thousand files.

Look for a suitable API for translation services , for suitable terms of use (paid, shareware).
Make requests for each file and feed it to the service API.
If you don’t want to pay, then in the development environment that you know, you raise the Chromium browser and puppeteer with the translator’s open web interface, feeding small fragments of text, 5-10 thousand characters each.
