Are there English words in the profile form that need to be translated into Russian?
I searched for plugins, but they all only work with new countries, what do you recommend?

It all depends on whether the plugin you are using for localization and internationalization.
If yes, then in the plugin directory you will find files such as pot, po, mo.
Take a pot or po file and use the PoEdit PROGRAM to translate the file into Russian.
Then upload the file to the server. Please note that the file must be correctly named. For example,

plugin_name-ru_RU.pot

Another option is to install the PLUGIN - LocoTranslate and translate strings through it.
In case the plugin has not been localized before, just open the file of this plugin and change the line manually. True, I do not advise you to do this, because the first time you update the plugin, you will lose your edits
