How to translate a WordPress site into English?
There is a site on WordPress, I wanted to add an English version of the site, I created a folder called en at the level with wp-content and other folders, inside en I loaded the completely same site on wp, only with an English interface, cloned the database and if you go to https: //my site/en/wp-admin/ , then I will be redirected to https://my site/wp-admin/, why is this happening?

This is not how multilingualism is done. Do it through plugins like WP Multilang
