I want to translate from Russian into Ukrainian. I punched through the Google translator of documents, but there you can only translate files up to 1Mb, and the first book has 2.5Mb, and the second 198Mb. I have not yet tried to reduce the size of this file, but I do not think that this will reduce the 198 MB file to 1 MB.

A 1MB PDF is a fairly large amount of text, if with a minimum of graphics. Does the second file definitely contain text and not page scans? I've seen pretty graphic-heavy PDF presentations, but they didn't weigh under 200 meters.
To edit finished files, I know this https://pdfsam.org/pdfsam-enhanced/ But there for money. Haven't seen a free one yet.

I use PDF24, can be converted to HTML or DOC, translated. and then back to PDF.
They have online https://tools.pdf24.org/ru/ or the PDF24 Creator utility, all for free.
