In general, write the question in the title itself. Are there any simple methods for solving this problem? Just as I understand it, WordPress and Joomla hash passwords, etc., etc.. Maybe there is some kind of plugin or script?

You need to find out how the password is hashed in Joomla when saved to the database and do the same hashing when checking the password and authorization in WordPress.
Then import the Joomla user base under WordPress, you can dump the database and in the SQL file during INSERT change the name of the Joomla fields to the names as they are implemented in WordPress.
