How to transfer user and programs from one windows 10 to another?

Good afternoon. Win10 crashed. Most likely errors on the disk, as a result it is not loaded.
I would like to put a similar system on the second disk, and transfer all programs, settings and user files.
What is the best way to organize this? If I'm not mistaken, does a similar mechanism work when updating the system?

If only the disk changes. That is possible through the image. Acronis True Image for example

1. If there is valuable information on the first disk (in addition to software and users), then it must be copied from there to a more reliable place. To do this, you can remove a complete disk image, you can also transfer individual files.
2. You need to decide whether Windows does not boot due to problems with the disk or not. Check the disk with any surface test from bootable media.
3. If the disk is intact, then you can leave the system on the same disk. To restore work, roll Windows over in the "update" mode. It will pick up all the software and users.
4. If there are problems with the disk, then it is better to put Windows on the second disk from scratch and transfer the still live data from the first disk (or the backup made in step 1) to the second.

Works. Only to use this mechanism, you need to fix the problems and boot from the current copy of Windows to begin with, and then carry out the transfer.

I would do so. We make a copy of the disk with the RdriveImage program.
We roll the entire image to another disk. Pull out the old one, insert the new one (disk).
We are loaded from the new. Everything should be saved and working.

Perhaps the whole problem is really in the not very good condition of your disk. You do cloning to a new disk using Acronis, while cloning sector by sector, excluding the options for stopping the program in case of broken sectors. After cloning, boot from a new disk, and that's it. Good luck!!!
