How to transfer the user to leave a review in the AppStore?

How I did it:
I kept a counter of visits to the application and on the 5th visit I asked if I liked the application and if they would like to leave a review, if so, just open the link as usual, only change itunes.apple.com/... to itms -apps://itunes.apple.com/... then you put a flag that the user has already left a review and do not bother him anymore.
Function to open link:
