How to transfer the Figma design system from a personal account to a company account?

I started designing a design system in Figma on my account. The company asked to transfer the design system to the company account and created a new account for me using the corporate email. 2 questions: 1) Is it possible to be logged in from two accounts at the same time, i.е. from my personal and new corporate account? 2) What is the best way to transfer the design system from a personal account to a company account in order to keep all components, styles for colors, etc.?

You can transfer it to the desired space through the Move project item (if you log in to the Figma application both from a corporate account and from a personal one). The project will be completely transferred without any changes
