How to transfer / save Telegram data when cleaning the system?

Hello. My phone started acting up very badly, I did something with it. Now there is access through TWRP and very truncated from Android itself. Actually the question is how to save the data of secret chats so that they can be restored after a complete cleaning of the system?

I forgot to write, I found a solution.
We make a full backup of the application through Titanium Backup, download the file, clean the phone, install TB and restore from the copy.
All secret chats remain.

sort of like the correspondence is stored on telegram servers. not on the phone. download telegram for pc. come in and you will see the same correspondence O_o
