How to transfer programs from a windows 10 backup to a clean system?

Installed clean windows 10 on macbook pro. There is a backup copy of the system with programs and files (created by standard win 10 tools) on an external HDD. There is access to files from a copy, connections as a virtual disk. How to transfer everything from a copy to a new system. Use standard win tools for recovery - it does not see partitions correctly (there is a risk of erasing the entire disk, and not just the partition with win).

No way! The backup is used to restore the system, or extract files.
But certainly not for transferring programs to a clean system.

1. Download WinPE 10-8 Sergei Strelec
2. Burn to a USB flash drive
3. Boot from a USB flash drive on the desired system
4. Run Acronis True Image
5. Shoot the image to a USB drive
When transferring to another hardware, there may be problems.
