How to transfer photos from Icloud to a folder on a computer via cloud drives?

Stupidly it is necessary that the captured photos and videos on the Iphone, including Icloud, fall into a folder on a Windows computer. And so that it lives its own life, without unnecessary user intervention. After testing a number of applications, I did not choose the most convenient ones.

*Yandex.Disk cannot take photos from Icloud, but takes photos only from the device
*Google Disk can take photos from Icloud, but cannot put photos in a folder on the disk, puts them only in Google Photo, after which you need to download from the browser
*Icloud for windows - buggy, synchronized for a very long time, deleting in a folder, the file still remains on the server. It loads everything in one whole, not in folders. (If Ya.Disk downloads a file in seconds, then from Icloud, especially for video, it loads half an hour or an hour or more. And I don’t know why that is ....)

Can you advise a solution?
