How to transfer permissions to a Docker container?

Such a situation, I'm building a docker compose, there is nginx, php-fpm. Mount volume to fpm ./site:/var/www
Docker starts, but the scripts in the volume don't have write permissions.
Tell me how to throw the rights there. Thanks
