How to transfer passwords securely?

Sometimes in the course of work it is necessary to transfer the login/password from any service to a colleague.
Or, for example, a relative needs to provide an account / password from the website of the online store.
Often transmitted via Skype, but in the event of an account hijacking, the message history is easy to read. How much will deleting a post after reading it help?
How to transfer the password most conveniently and securely?

The main rule is that the password transmission channel must be different from the main one. The probability of intercepting two channels at once is low. In an ideal case - to transfer halves by different channels.
If the main channel of use is the Internet, then send the password by SMS, unless you or the recipient have a smartphone that an attacker who has seized a PC can get onto.
If a smartphone - transmit by voice.

zerobin. To calm the paranoia, you can also deploy it at home.

ZeroBin is a minimalist, opensource online pastebin/discussion board where the server has zero knowledge of hosted data. Data is encrypted/decrypted in the browser using 256 bits AES. You can test it online. www.sebsauvage.net/paste

jsfiddle.net (and a bunch of other online notebooks) type in the password, give the link
After 10 minutes, delete the entry.
