How to transfer old redmine to new server?

Good afternoon, I'm not a badass, but I'm pretty good at servers.
So the question is just I just don't quite understand what to do next.

There are two servers on ispmanager.
There is an old redmine that needs to be transferred to another server
. Naturally, there is nothing so old in the repositories.
So I immediately collect from tarballs

I put approximately on this mana (since there are also not enough dependency packages there, so I already rebuilt all this on the way in new realities)

Actually, the plug goes to point 9,
I poke at 1

1. The Apache 2 module will be installed for you.
 2. You'll learn how to configure Apache.
 3. You'll learn how to deploy a Ruby on Rails application.

‣ ⬢ Ruby
* Checking for Apache 2 development headers...
      Found: no
 * Checking for Apache Portable Runtime (APR) development headers...
      Found: no
 * Checking for Apache Portable Runtime Utility (APU) development headers...
      Found: no

Tell us briefly how this whole bunch works, straight 1 2 3
Oyat mana is not entirely clear rake generate_secret_token - what is it
mysql2 roll out the template to the database: RAILS_ENV=production rake db:migrate
- also not entirely clear
With the paths to the project, it's also not clear.

Maybe someone has a simpler man or what should I do?
Maybe I can just copy the project from another server (so that everything is in the same places there, the difference is not an insignificant version of php and the rubies are already the same.
In general, when I don’t understand what I’m doing, it’s not a good idea.
How to transfer redmine in general
( ruby version matches mana)
mysql2-0.4.10
ruby 1.9.3p551
or even a module in apache is enough and ruby in the system. ;(
Or containerization like nodejs
