There is a website hosted. I did everything according to two instructions and changed the paths in the config.inc.php files in four places. I even already watched
a video where it’s not necessary to change, you can run the installer on top, but the fact is that I can’t even run the installer due to an error . with this, I can throw off screenshots or something else at any time

Delete everything from the /core/cache
folder And also do you have a redirect in htacess with www to without www or vice versa?
