How to transfer mail from office365 to Yandex.connect?

Good day!
When setting up mail transfer in Yandex Connect, all settings are correct, namely:

Сервер - outlook.office365.com.

Connects, prompts you to enter account information for mass transfer.
I enter my login, password (The data is 100% correct), I also add an employee to whom all mail will be transferred (I did it in Yandex in advance).
I click - start mail transfer.
Next, green checkmarks light up that everything is okay.
As a result, I go to the new mail after the transfer, there are no letters.
What could be the problem?
