How to transfer (link) the Hit timestamp parameter to GA for yandex direct visits?

Good afternoon colleagues.
We set up the GA counter, added tracking of user parameters:
1) user's browser identifier - ClientID;
2) the exact time of the hit - Hit timestamp;
3) session identifier - SessionId.
4) User ID (incorrect upload)
based on:
https://www.cossa.ru/trends/175941/?CODE=trends&EL...
https://www.simoahava.com/analytics/improve-data-c. ..
We noticed that in GA reports there is no data for hits for events (conversions)
And one more small nuance. Since we want to record the exact time of not only pageviews, but in general all interactions with the site, don't forget to assign a custom parameter to these hits.

For an event, it might look like this:

Corrected in GTM through special parameters.
Question: in theory, will a hit record from the yandex / cpc channel be assigned? Do I need to write something in the GTM year?
Screenshots of the settings are attached. (without screenshots of scripts, etc. described in the articles)
