How to transfer leads (applications/data) from a form to a landing page in Bitrix24?

There was a task to transfer leads from the landing page directly to Bitrix24 CRM. Through a webhook or api, it doesn't matter. But nowhere can I find even examples of such forms. There are only for various plugins for Wordpress or similar.

Generating forms in CRM itself is not an option, they are not suitable.

Does anyone have an example of such a form?
