How to transfer information from one view to another in xcode 6 ???

Hello everyone, please help. I am writing an application using Xcode 6 (swift). I organized the transition from View Controller to Table View Controller, and vice versa. But I can't pass information from one view to another. Help to understand, please.
ps I wanted to do it by global variables. But this path did not bear fruit.
