How to transfer IIS from one server to another?

Good afternoon toaster!
My question is: I'm migrating AD from Windows Server 2000 to 2012 with intermediate 2003. In 2000, the site hosting on IIS also showed up. I have never dealt with IIS, so I'm wondering: is there any tool that will automatically transfer all site files and IIS settings to a 2003 or 2012 server at once? Thanks in advance.

Try to simply transfer the folder with the site files to a new server and raise the site. Perhaps this will be enough.
The folder can be found through the "Properties" of the site in IIS.
