How to transfer heavy history files to bitcoin to another PC and not download them again?

There is ubuntu 12/32 with bitcoin client qt 0.86 and history files as much as 20g. how to switch to another axis? who practiced? theoretically at least what needs to be taken into account? I want to have a reliable anonymous payment system in my hands and download the history for a long time ... should there be a way out other than fast wallets on unstable intermediary sites?

Just move the folder with all files ~/.bitcoin/blocks
