transferred several databases and everything was fine until I ran into the fact that one of the databases was not completely filled.

Everything is as usual:
mysqldump -u root -p******** db > dump.sql
and
mysql -u su -p********** db < dump.sql But

no - parts of the tables not in the flooded base. No bugs. No messages.

Do it with phpmyadmin.
Maybe you have triggers that work with another account.
There may be a syntax error when creating the file. There is varchar, here is text.
