No way. There is no data there - there is a pseudo-object structure based on the tables of the supported DBMS. If you can understand this structure (on the Internet there is a description of what is contained in the tables; although no one guarantees that it will not be changed in the next update), then you can write a query in 1C that will return the necessary data. Further as usual - through XML.

Regular migration at the database level.
At what here 1C???
1c lives fine in MS-SQL or PostgreSQL.
And the means of migration between the PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, MySQL DBMS are full.
