How to transfer data in a cell to a cell of another format?

Hi everybody. I would be glad for any help in resolving this issue :)
There is a cell in the format [h]:mm:ss that stores the time (for example, 27:35:00) and there is a second cell in the format 0.00.
How can I pass the time 27:35:00 to the second cell to get 27.35?

=ЧАС(A1)+0,01*МИНУТЫ(A1)
I don’t know why you need this, but this is probably the best solution:
=ОСТАТ(A1;1)*24
Another option is to set the desired format to display what you need and in what form you need.
