How to transfer data between databases?

There are ten local servers with databases (MYSQL). There is still no central server that will combine data from all local servers. How can data be exchanged between the local server and the central one? Maybe there are special tools that combine data from local servers into a central database and you shouldn't bother? Or is it all done manually, a specialized architecture of a central, local database is built, data is transmitted in the form of json, via http (https)?

Your slave-slave is not clear what. You can "cry, prick and continue to gnaw on the cactus."
Usually they make master-slave.
You can also master-master, but for this, hire a competent architect and system administrator.
