How to transfer audio from windows to linux?

Greetings.
The house has:

  • Debian server to which the speakers are connected
  • Personal laptop on win 10
  • Android phone

Task: To be able to output sound from the phone and computer to the speakers through the server. All devices on the network via Wi-Fi.
Maybe someone already solved this problem?

On a server with debian, put paprefs in it, enable upnp\dlna server and airplay, or the same through configs.
On Windows, the Stream What You Hear utility.
On android, AirAudio is soft, but it definitely needs root.
Hmm, there is still a pulsaudio port for Windows . You can try natively for the pulse to shove the sound over the network.

The simplest thing is to organize VLC or Jetaudio broadcasting, and run any player on the Debian server that can listen to this stream via the local network.
This is how you can organize a home radio, that is, anyone on the local network, knowing the address of the stream, will be able to listen to it. No additional tools are needed.

You can look towards streaming DLNA (sounds strange, yes). For Windows there is a program "Stream what you hear", it works fine.
You can also try if the server has a bluetooth to pretend to be a column.
