How to transfer an OEM license when changing the motherboard?

Hello! There is a PC, the license was bought in a retail store in OEM format.
Now there is a need to change the system board.
Will there be any problems with license activation on the new board?
Do I need to first untie it from the old one?
The key is tied to a Microsoft account.

No way. The OEM license is bound to the motherboard and cannot be transferred to another. The only option is to replace the motherboard under warranty, in which case the computer's OEM will deal with the transfer.
