How to transfer account management to a telegram program?

The bottom line is that you need to save just received messages in the telegram somewhere in order to have access to deleted messages later. So far, only for text. Is there an option to write a node/python mini-client so that it authorizes me in telegram and reacts to new messages from any user in order to save them later? The ideal option was the idea of a telegram bot that would monitor my correspondence with a number of people and send me all messages from them via PM, but after digging around on the Internet and docks, I realized that it was impossible for a bot to provide access to my personal correspondence. If there is an option for implementation, then please help.

Look at this library

What tools, applications or libraries can be used to quickly track new messages on public telegram channels?
there is a solution https://github.com/TehDmitry/tg-cli
Build and run the console client under your account, connect to it with your application via tcp and make simple requests (periodically, the simplest, you can catch events, but unfortunately group chats often buggy).
