Please tell me how to transfer the site to your own server computer, so that later visitors can connect to the same address. That is, transfer only the base and root of the site, and the domain will remain on the domain discounter.
In general, a site on a dedicated server should be available to everyone.
I just want to change hosting to Dedicated server.

3. Transfer files and database to a new server.
