Base copied and poured into the new ms sql. I also copied the website files.
In IIS registered the path to the site. After all these manipulations. An error has occurred.

Perhaps some modules are not installed in iis. I had a similar problem with UrlRewrite2. It was on the source server, but not on the target. Wow, he drank my blood :(.
