How to transfer a program from Android Studio to a phone via the Internet?

I wrote a program, but there is no Android device at home. Tested on a virtual machine. Is it possible to transfer my program over the Internet (folder or files) to a VKontakte person and have him run it from his Android phone?

First we make a Generated Signed Apk in the Build menu.
We drop the received Apk via mail for example.
