How to transfer a git project to other developers if there are non-indexed files?

There was a need to transfer the project to different developers. It's in the git, and files like images, vendor, etc. are not indexed. You have to transfer it all manually. What are the solutions to this problem?

Usually they do not take a steam bath and create a folder for these most unchanged files.
As I understand it is a folder with your images? Some kind of photoshop?
And vendor should create your script during the build.
