Who knows how to change the stage and direction of the transaction through the business process. Change of stage and direction both have the feature of completing a business process. For some reason, changing the document does not transfer the deal in another direction. And he can change the stage only within his direction

A stage change is not a change in one field in the database, but a number of additional events.
In the case of the "Change direction" action, the direction changes and all BPs are completed, including the current one, i.e. anything after that will not be executed.
Perhaps in this case it would be better if you use "Copy deal" in another direction + start a new BP for change + Start deleting the current document.
