How to transfer 12 mobile numbers to a PBX?

There are 12(!!!) contact numbers on mobile phones. How it is possible to reduce them in one office automatic telephone exchange? There are eight managers in the office. Interested in some budget solution. PBX has not yet been selected.

If all this happens in Russia, transfer the numbers to Megafon, activate the "multiphone" service and connect all the numbers via SIP. All this is absolutely free, no purchase of hardware, no payment for meaningless forwarding and landline numbers will be required.

Either a GSM-VOIP gateway for Asterisk, or order forwarding to landline numbers from the telecom operator and connect them to the office.

Gateways GoIP-8 + GoIP-4 - 65'000 rub.
IP phones for 8 employees - 20'000 rubles.
Computer with Asterisk - 15'000 rubles.
Total - 100'000 rubles.
