How to train/add entities in NER NLP python?

There is a task to recognize / parse real estate ads. Type

It is necessary to allocate 1k, price, phone, etc. (now regular seasons, but not very good quality)
Is it possible to do this with NER, NLP?
And if so, which library should I look at?
