How to track WooCommerce order payment?

I have a WordPress site (we use WooCommerce).

Integration with the payment system changes the order automatically. I need to somehow tie up to pay for the order.
I was able to attach a hook to create an order (Hooks in WooCommerce).
But there is no way to get connected specifically to changing the status to successfully paid.
In theory, there is a hook that works to change the order, but I have not been able to test this. I don't know if this hook gives status change information or just edit information.
Is there another way to link to WooCommerce order payment?
