How to track where requests are sent from an android application (via the emulator)?

Hello masters.
Please tell me, with what you can track where requests are sent, and with what content of the android application?
All this is needed to try to write your own script for posting to instagram.
PS I would also be very grateful if you could point to a ready-made implementation of posting on Instagram, if one exists.
I will be very grateful for the answers)

wireshark or one of the apps of this type, which is a firewall that raises an Android VPN and wraps all traffic into it.
The second option does not require root permissions.
