How to track UTM tags with Django?

Good afternoon! I work on Django, the task was to add to the site a function for tracking requests for which the user moved from the search engine, in order to display a different set of promo blocks depending on the request (in short, change the content). Nowhere can I find information on how to do this correctly in the Django application structure and, in particular, how to change the content in the view depending on the label?
